PLEASE NOTE: If you are also registering for AAAI-18, please use AAAI-18 as your primary registration type, and then select the AIES options under Special Programs.

AIES registrants may elect to also attend the AAAI-18 Opening Reception, to be held Saturday evening, February 3, in the St. Charles Ballroom of the Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel, following the conclusion of the AIES program. AIES participants are welcome for an additional fee of $125 per person.

This option is available via the same online registration form (register as Guest).

Payment of registration fees is required at the time of registration. Checks and bank transfers must be in US dollars. American Express, MasterCard, and VISA are also accepted. Registration applications must be submitted online by the registration deadlines to qualify for reduced rates. Qualifying students will be asked to upload proof of student status during the online registration process.

The deadline for refund requests is January 12, 2018. All refund requests must be made in writing to aaai18@aaai.org. A $100.00 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.

Onsite registration and badge pick-up will be located in the foyer of The District, third floor of the Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel, Two Poydras Street, New Orleans, Louisiana, 70130, USA.
Registration hours will be Friday, Saturday, February 2–3, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM. All attendees must pick up their registration packets/badges for admittance to programs.
