Please follow the below instructions to obtain your Letter of Invitation upon completion of registration for the conference.

Step ONE: Register for the conference
Step TWO: You MUST email AAAI to request your personalized Letter of Invitation. Please forward your conference registration confirmation email along with the below MANDATORY information to aiesreg@aaai.org. We will use these details to produce your Letter of Invitation:
- Your full name as it appears on your passport
- Date of birth
- Passport number
- Full address to include: street address, city, state/province, postal code, country
- Hotel name and address
- Dates of stay at hotel
Step THREE: Please allow 1 business day for us to create your official AIES-23 Letter of Invitation PDF.
