If you are traveling to the U.S. from abroad to attend AIES-24, you will need either a visa waiver (check here to check whether you qualify) or a non-immigrant visa. If you plan to apply for a B-1 visitor visa to attend AIES-24, you may be required to include an Invitation Letter as part of your visa petition to the U.S. Department of State.
To request an invitation letter, you must have proof of paid registration to AIES-24. Once you receive your registration confirmation email, follow the link provided within to complete the visa invitation letter request form. Please allow 2 business days for the processing of your request. Your visa invitation letter will be sent to the email address provided in the request form.
If you need further assistance, please contact aies@aaai.org.
